Pioneer of the Firm, with over 30 years of rich experience in the field of audit, taxation backed up with intensive finance and commercial acumen with an ability to formulate effective strategies in all aspects of Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Company Law etc.,
Associated as an Auditor for major Welfare Projects and other bodies of the Government like UNDP (United Nations Development Program for Poverty Alleviation project in Andhra Pradesh), APDPIP, APRPRP projects aided by World Bank, implemented by SERP (Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty) and APSWREIS, Health Management and Research Institute (HMRI) Kakinada Port on behalf of Rail India Technical and Economic Services Ltd(RITES), etc,.
Engaged as Advisor and Tax consultant to Public Sector and Government bodies like A P State Co-operative Bank Ltd,
Proven strength in areas of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits,

2. Mr. S. V. S. Prasad

Mr. S. V. S. Prasad is a Graduate in Commerce and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India He has carried out various studies in Business Analysis, Business Process Review, Financial Management System Study and vast experience in establishing and implementing Accounting Systems etc. He has been the Partner-in-charge for the Internal and process Audits. Apart from Statutory Audits he looks after the Internal Audit of Health Sector companies. He has good exposure in Audit of Various Private & Public Sector Audits. He has specialized in tax matters.

3. Mr. P. Durga Prasad

Mr. P. Durga Prasad is a Graduate in Commerce and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been the Partner-in-charge for the Audits of Infra Companies and Bank Audits of the Firm. He has 13 years of post qualification experience in profession including 9 years of public sector/government undertakings/ external Aided projects. He Professionally associated in development of Accounting program for implementation of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme as a Chief Coordinator for Training of Trainers (ToT) program. He has also specialized himself in the Audits of NGOs and also in Investigative studies.

4. Ms. Sirisha.S

Ms. Sirisha.S is a Graduate in Commerce and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a qualification in Law as well as Post Qualification in Information Systems Audit. Se has been the Partner-in-charge for the Audits and incharge of compliance audit of Corporate Companies. She has good exposure in Audit of Various Private & Public Sector Audits. She has also specialized herself in the Audits of NGOs and also in Investigative studies.

5. Ms. Sravya.S

Ms. Sravya.S is a Graduate in Commerce and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a qualification in Law and a post qualification experience of almost 4 years. She handles Statutory and Tax Audits with a specialisation in Compliance Audits.
